Logging In Safely

Always start from a trusted source—either a bookmarked official page or a verified app. Check that the address bar shows HTTPS before typing your password.

  1. Open the official platform.
  2. Locate the Login or Sign In button.
  3. Enter your registered email, username, or phone number and your password.
  4. Complete any additional verification (OTP or 2FA) if prompted.
  5. Avoid saving passwords on shared or public devices.

Common Login Problems

  • Incorrect password: Check Caps Lock and try typing the password in a notes app first (then delete it).
  • Account locked: Too many failed attempts can temporarily lock an account. Wait and try again later, or use password recovery.
  • Unrecognised device: Some platforms require extra verification when you log in from a new phone or browser.
  • Browser issues: Clear cache and cookies, disable conflicting extensions, or try a private/incognito window.
  • Network problems: Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi, or try another network.

More detail is available in our article on common login problems and solutions.

Password Recovery

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. On the login page, look for “Forgot Password”, “Reset Password”, or similar.
  2. Enter the email or phone number linked to the account.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to that email or phone (usually a link or OTP).
  4. Create a new strong password and store it securely.

If you no longer have access to the registered email or phone, contact official support through the platform and be prepared to prove your identity.

Browser and Connection Checks

  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • Disable VPN temporarily if it causes connection errors (then re-enable if needed for privacy).
  • Ensure your device date and time are set correctly.
  • Try another device to see whether the problem is device-specific.

Account Security Reminders

  • Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be support staff.
  • Official support will not ask you for your full password.
  • Log out when using shared computers.
  • Review active sessions in account settings if the option exists and sign out unfamiliar ones.
